Can I request for a refund?

if you are not satisfied of a purchase you made and wish to request for a partial or full refund, please feel free to contact us. We will notify you within 7 working days of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your cryptocurrency wallet using the same currency used during the original payment, within a certain amount of days.
